business days after receipt of your order.
Tracking numbers are typically updated in 2
days in our system.

Shipping Carrier: USPS

Tracking emails are not sent until the order
is shipped.

Pure Radiant Beauty is not responsible for any
damages caused by the carrier.


RETURN AND REFUND POLICY 

TYPICALLY ALL SALES ARE FINAL!  

However, we understand that things do happen. To make our customers feel valued, any concerns with Pure Radiant Beauty products will be further looked into by our team. If we determine that the product is defective in any way, an exchange/ replacement may be offered with the company's discretion.
